Photos méditatives en forêt

Create poetic, sensory and personal photos during a mindfulness photo workshop in the Iraty forest. On the program: slow walking, exercises in connecting to yourself and to nature, guided photography inspired by silence and attention to detail. The aim is not technical perfection, but the capture of sensations and emotions. Reservations required. Minimum age 16.
