L'Atelier du Piment is a family-owned farm located at the entrance to the village of Espelette, in the heart of the Basque Country. For over 20 years, we have been growing and processing Espelette pepper (AOP). From seed to finished product, we oversee every stage of production to ensure exemplary quality and traceability. Throughout the year, we open the doors of our farm to introduce the general public to our work as producers, the various stages of growing and processing Espelette pepper, and the agricultural expertise that enriches our region. The tours conclude with a guided tasting of our specialties. Our commitment to quality hospitality and excellence has been recognized with awards for our products at the Concours Général Agricole.
