Récital de piano par Constant Despres

The Radiance of a Prodigy Across Worlds and Styles. Born in 2006 into a family of musicians, Constant Despres embodies a new generation of pianists with dazzling talent and a curious mind. Discovered by the general public at the age of 9 on the TV show *Prodiges*, he has since solidified his rise to prominence at the Paris Conservatory (CNSM) in Marie-Josèphe Jude’s class. A winner of numerous international competitions, he has already made a name for himself on the most prestigious stages, from the Halle aux Grains in Toulouse to the Stade Pierre Mauroy in front of 45,000 spectators. This recital invites you on a journey through 20th-century America, where the piano embraces the rhythms of jazz and folk music. From Earl Wild’s sparkling transcriptions of Gershwin to Broadway melodies (Bernstein, Arlen), the journey heads south.
