Atelier Yoga Kids : Surfriderfondation

%C0 Through movement and imagination, this workshop invites children and adults alike %E0 to explore yoga together, with the ocean as the theme (waves, animals, breathing, etc.). A space to reconnect, move gently, and share a moment of togetherness. Ma%EFa is a yoga and Pilates coach and instructor, a surfer, and a nature enthusiast; she guides children and adults through playful and creative practices. A former circus performer and teacher, she loves to blend movement, imagination, and exploration of the body while creating spaces for sharing.
