Après-midi Halloween

Everyone is invited to this 10%B0 nighttime Capucinade! This wonderful festival pays tribute to the culinary tradition of flambéing wood pigeon in a capucin. The “capucin” is a cast-iron cone heated until white-hot, into which the cook places a piece of bacon that, as it melts, drips over the wood pigeon to give it that unique flavor found nowhere else. Since it is here, in Amikuze, that this technique has been preserved, a celebration centered on this tradition—called “Capucinade”—has beenfor several years now, filled with good cheer, delicious food, and live music.
