In partnership with the Elkarbidea Social Center, the Association for Health, Education, and Prevention in Local Communities invites you to the Saint-Blaise Hospital in Soule. During these workshops, you’ll receive advice and information. You’ll gain a better understanding of the health benefits of sleep, all in a friendly atmosphere where you can share experiences. Open to people 55 and older. Reservations required.
