Semi-marathon Donibane Lohizune – Hondarribia Lasterketa

On Sunday, October 25, 2026, the Donibane-Hondarribia returns for its 25th edition! This iconic race connects Saint-Jean-de-Luz to Hondarribia along a 21.1-km route that winds through the ocean, the Basque coastline, and cross-border landscapes. Starting in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the 4,000 runners will pass through the towns of Ciboure, Urrugne, and Hendaye before crossing the Bidasoa River to reach Hondarribia, where the finish line will be located. Organized by the Ur Joko association of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hondarribia Kirol Taldea of Hondarribia, and centered on the values of sports, sharing, and camaraderie, the Donibane-Hondarribia brings together runners from both sides of the Bidasoa every year and offers a unique sporting experience in the heart of Euskal Herria.
