Maitena invites you to the Gaztel' Gat' Barcus farm in Soule. She will lead an introductory workshop on lactic fermentation. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of the process and two jars filled with tasty vegetables to let ferment at home and enjoy with your loved ones. Reservations required.
