Ciné-débat Lurrama 2026 : «Cultiver la pluie»

Documentary by Marc Khanne: Too Much Water, Not Enough Water, Droughts, Floods! Alarmed by these issues, the film’s three filmmakers set out to meet with about fifteen activists and farmers committedwith water issues, including Francis Hallé, the eminent botanist and staunch defender of the forest. From Larzac to Béarn, from Roussillon to Alsace, and even on an island in Cape Verde where it hasn’t rained in thirteen years, the documentary demonstrates the effectiveness of agroforestry, wetlandon living soil, regenerative hydrology, and even the “sponge city” concept in the face of climate shocks. The theme of this 21st edition of Lurrama will be “Water, a Shared Resource,” with the slogan “Ura Ama Zaindu.” The screening will be followed by a discussion.
