Théatre Michel-Portal : Et au-delà rien n’est sûr, Pascale Daniel-Lacombe – Le Méta, CDN de Poitiers Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Following *Dan D’Dan Dog*, Pascale Daniel-Lacombe continues her exploration of Scandinavian literature. It is half past midnight. A father sits alone in the kitchen, exhausted from his day. In the room next door, his child is asleep. The mother is absent. Why isn’t she there? A woman appears, like a vision. Or perhaps it’s a memory? Is there any significance to her absence? Whether she’s there or not, does it even matter? Under the audience’s gaze, somewhere between dream and reality, the play plunges us into the question of maternal absence, while challenging our view of the dominant family models in our society.
