Founded in Anglet in 2013 and composed of 16 professional singers, the Ascese Chamber Choir, under the direction of Philippe Mendes, offers a broad panorama of sacred and secular vocal music, spanning five centuries up tothe contemporary era. In this program, “A JOURNEY THROUGH SONGS,” Philippe Mendes expands his repertoire to include traditional music from around the world (Brazil, Sweden, Serbia, Ireland).
