Up Skirts and Wildly Crazy (1959), one of the most famous comedies of all time, closes the second quarter of the Nosferatu cycle dedicated to Billy Wilder. In the 1920s, Joe and Jerry are two Chicago musicians who are forced to flee after witnessing a massacre between rival gangs.
