Exposition With Out

The exhibition is an intimate and evocative presentation of my mother?s family home in Ascain, until she had to sell it at the age of 94. Beyond the house, the mountains and sea that surround it are an integral part of the story. This work is a personal reflection on attachment to a place, the passage of time, separation and the unknown. Of course it's the same for my mother, and many other families, because it's a universal subject. But it's also a hymn to the poetry of a moment, and to the creative force that these moments can, as an artist, inspire in me. The exhibition will feature photos, collages and a poem on bubble wrap! Open every day except Sunday afternoon.
