Visite de l’atelier de Makila Harispuru

Visit to the workshop of Michel Harispuru, creator of Makila in Ibarrolle, in the heart of the Basque Country. The tour takes place in two stages: first, at the workshop near the Etchebestia family home, with a presentation of the various trades (woodworking, leatherworking and metalworking) involved in creating this emblematic Basque stick. The tour continues near the workshop, in the medlar tree plantation, where it all began. Reservations required at least 24 hours in advance. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
