Claude Bernardon: After a career that had nothing to do with photography, he decided to make use of everything that had impressed him in exhibitions and photo books. It was during his wanderings that the desire to capture "his visions" took hold of him. The richness and complexity of the urban world provides him with a wealth of opportunities to capture snapshots of this environment on paper. François Lacoste is a sculptor based in Bordeaux, who works mainly in wood, a material known for its plasticity. His artistic approach aims to offer the eye an original perception of the world. This creative act is the result of successive research, based on sometimes zany or incongruous ideas.
