Une Semaine Bleue pour les seniors

A week of activities to get moving, play, and share! Once again this year, the City of Anglet has prepared some wonderful surprises for seniors through sports, cultural, and festive activities: Exhibition tours—including two brand-new ones—at the Maison de l’Environnement d’Izadia and the Villa Beatrix Enea to get a closer look at the highlights of the municipal collection, gardening workshops, a fun escape game, health talks, and opportunities to try new sports... You’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to doing the activity you enjoy most—or, on the contrary, trying something new. After all, you’re never too old to learn, and there’s no doubt that intellectual curiosity, just as much as physical activity, contributes to “aging well”!
